Kevin has over 25 years’ corporate experience in a number of different industries including Head of CIL Insurance.  He established and managed a highly credentialed consulting business focussing on strategic formulation and implementation, leadership development and risk management. He has owned successful businesses, and was a board director across a number of industries:-

Wayne Lyons

Our most prolific chairperson Wayne’s experience spans 30 years in Sales, Marketing and General Management. In a number of senior executive roles Wayne has managed large sales & marketing teams for multi-nationals as well as nurtured and developed small family held businesses. Wayne brings a disciplined & structured approach working with his clients in developing strategies for business improvement, and strategic sales & marketing plans. During the past 16 years Wayne has worked as a strategic marketing consultant, partnering with some of Australia’s leading SME’s including Maggie Beer Products,  La Casa Del Formaggio, Redarc Electronics and Packers Doors & Windows just to name a few. Bob Schroder

Partner SA

Bob is a multi-faceted and experienced general manager and management consultant.

With 30 years’ experience either in senior executive positions or as an advisor to senior management and boards across a variety of industries, government and community sectors, he brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to any situation.

Bob left a senior management position with Honeywell in 1991 to join KPMG as the Director of the Management Consulting Division of the firm in Adelaide.   His experience with KPMG saw him in demand as a consultant in a number of large international projects, as well as numbers of significant projects throughout Australia.   On leaving KPMG he established his own boutique practice and has operated that successfully for the past 20 years.

Nina Timoney

General Manager Corporate Services

Nina has 19 years’ experience working for both large global corporates and local organisations within the FMCG industry, primarily driving business through key National customers within the grocery sector. Her responsibilities included National account management, sales analysis, strategy & planning, and managing sales and field teams. More recently, she has been involved in the property market, has a Diploma of Property Services (Agency management), and manages the family owned property development business, responsible for the management of the construction & sub-division processes, and the marketing and sales of residential properties. Andrea Timoney

Client Services Coordinator

Andrea has over 10 years’ Hospitality experience in a number of different organisations.  She brings extensive customer service experience and high level administrative skills. Andrea has worked for some well-known iconic businesses such Booze Brothers, Hurley Group and Dean Group. She has experience in the day to day running of hotels and pubs, and has held several managerial roles. With her understanding of how important customer service is in delivering business outcomes, Andrea plays an integral role in providing exceptional service to all our current and future clients. Andrea commenced a Degree in Business, Accounting and has completed a Certificate IV in Business

Nick Begakis

Nick attended Norwood High School and the South Australian Institute of Technology (now the University of South Australia), where he was awarded a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering. Since graduation, he has accumulated over 40 years experience in senior management roles in manufacturing industries, as an entrepreneur creating his own enterprises, in venture capital, merchant banking and corporate recovery roles and as an independent, non-executive Chairman and Company Director in various and diverse sectors of the economy. Nicholas co-owns and is non executive Chairman of a well known, long established (in 1952) Australian food brand, Bellis Fruit Bars, a business he has owned since 1990, represented in all Australian supermarkets. The business has a manufacturing plant in a northern Adelaide suburb employing about 50 and with manufacturing interests in China and Mexico, currently supplying (or has supplied) supermarkets in the EU, UK, USA, NZ and Australia, with innovative food solutions. He is not involved on a day by day management basis but sets the organisation’s strategic direction particularly identifying and mitigating organisational risks and maximising opportunities. As a business owner and as the provider of working capital to the business, he understands the balance required between shareholder security of income with the possibility of increased returns, cash flow and growth. Nicholas has extensive corporate governance experience and knowledge (and also involved in formulating and advocating policy both at a state and federal level), extending for more than 25 years and is regularly asked to present by the AICD at briefings in SA. He has been an adviser to government agencies, departments and Ministers (in SA) given his past chairmanship of several Government boards. He also has significant general management expertise, financial “nouse” and team building experience and has managed, on a day to day basis, reasonable sized enterprises, including his own. He is and has been chair of many organisations where boards have comprised academics, professionals, business men and women and lay persons where his meeting management skills have been effective.
