Kevin Timoney

CEO/ Co-Founder

Kevin has over 25 years’ corporate experience in a number of different industries including Head of CIL Insurance.  He established and managed a highly credentialed consulting business focussing on strategic formulation and implementation, leadership development and risk management. He has owned successful businesses, and was a board director across a number of industries:-

  • Building & Construction
  • Property Development & Investment
  • Hospitality (Hotels & Restaurants)
  • Not for Profit – SA Little Athletics

Kevin has a Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma Insurance and Bachelor of Business, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors as well as being a Fellow of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance

 

 

 

Wayne Lyons

Executive Chairperson/ Co-Founder

Wayne’s experience spans 30 years in Sales, Marketing and General Management. In a number of senior executive roles Wayne has managed large sales & marketing teams for multi-nationals as well as nurtured and developed small family held businesses. Wayne brings a disciplined & structured approach working with his clients in developing strategies for business improvement, and strategic sales & marketing plans. During the past 16 years Wayne has worked as a strategic marketing consultant, partnering with some of Australia’s leading SME’s including Maggie Beer Products,  La Casa Del Formaggio, Redarc Electronics and Packers Doors & Windows just to name a few.
 

 

Nina Timoney

General Manager Corporate Services

Nina has 19 years’ experience working for both large global corporates and local organisations within the FMCG industry, primarily driving business through key National customers within the grocery sector. Her responsibilities included National account management, sales analysis, strategy & planning, and managing sales and field teams. More recently, she has been involved in the property market, has a Diploma of Property Services (Agency management), and manages the family owned property development business, responsible for the management of the construction & sub-division processes, and the marketing and sales of residential properties.

 

Andrea Timoney

Client Services Coordinator

Andrea has over 10 years’ Hospitality experience in a number of different organisations.  She brings extensive customer service experience and high level administrative skills. Andrea has worked for some well-known iconic businesses such Booze Brothers, Hurley Group and Dean Group. She has experience in the day to day running of hotels and pubs, and has held several managerial roles. With her understanding of how important customer service is in delivering business outcomes, Andrea plays an integral role in providing exceptional service to all our current and future clients. Andrea commenced a Degree in Business, Accounting and has completed a Certificate IV in Business.
