Want to find out more about EBA….then why don’t you register to attend an EBA Information Session
EBA is an initiative designed to assist business owners/CEOs to improve business strategy development, implementation and the bottom line through the establishment of an advisory board. With the help of a small group of three other business leaders and an experienced Chair, each EBA advisory board member has the opportunity to review business performance, strategy, leadership and governance issues, seek counsel and advice, be mentored and network with other SME business owners.
Additionally, EBA provide a number of other services including an intense strategic business planning programme, seminar workshops, consulting services and outsourced HR and Marketing capability for SME businesses.
If you would like to know more about this concept, we would welcome you to come along to an information session. It’s an opportunity to hear more about the EBA advisory board concept and meet some new business owners in a relaxed setting.
