Advisory Boards

Peer or Single Advisory Boards - the choice is yours!

What is an Advisory Board?

An advisory board is a select group of “independent” people who provide advice and support to the owners/shareholders/directors of a business.  They provide non-binding strategic advice to organisations and hence are informal in nature.  This gives greater flexibility in how they are structured and managed, when compared to a board of directors.

An advisory board can provide the strategic advice and complementary skills required to take your small or medium business to the next level

How your EBA Advisory Board Works?

  • Your advisory board will meet each month to review the performance & fundamental aspects of your business.
  • Your advisory board does not make decisions on behalf of your company. It does however enable you to seek counsel & advice on issues impacting your business.
  • The process is carefully structured to enable each business owner or CEO to gain an improved understanding of the key issues within the business.
  • Our review process is aligned to those typically undertaken by your bank when applying for a business loan.

EBA will provide continued benchmarking and feedback regarding your business performance. Your EBA Scoreboard will measure the following critical business outcomes:
